Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation notice from us. Please review the details carefully and inform us immediately of any errors.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by You: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the service time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time may incur a fee.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Liability:

Service Delays: While we strive to ensure timely service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Damages: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your use of our service. Please ensure you keep your valuables with you at all times.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fee you paid for the service.

Conduct:

Behavior: We expect all clients to behave in a manner that does not disrupt the service or harm the safety or comfort of our chauffeurs and other clients.

Prohibited Activities: The use of our services for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your service without refund if you violate this provision.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Eugene Chauffeurs will never share any customer data with any third parties, unless required to do so by law.
